We are an independent, family-run funeral directors who arrange both burial and cremation funerals. We can assist in arranging repatriations where necessary, ashes burials, ashes scatterings, pre-paid funeral plans or provide guidance in creating a personal memorial.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm and able to assist with all your funeral requirements. We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Families who choose Willow are free to arrange the ceremony that is best suited to them and their loved one. We have a wealth of experience available from our team of on-site Funeral Directors and arrangers, we are happy to offer all the help, support and advice that may be required in converting your ideas into reality.

Floral tributes can make a funeral more personal. The sending of flowers can be part of the healing process for those who have lost a loved one.

We can organise your flowers for you, either directly or through our network of personal florists. Our personal florists will even travel to your home to discuss your specific requirements.

We are pleased to recommend 'Flowers by Debbie' a local florist who can either discuss your needs with you in our branch or at your home at a time convenient to you.

A memorial in a cemetery or at home provides a lasting memory and can give comfort by providing a place for you to visit and remember your loved one.

We can provide a wide selection of stonemasonry, from the simplest of plaques to the most ornate and elaborate memorial. We can also organise additional inscription, renovation, polishing and cleaning of existing memorials.

Your choice of memorial does not need to be made when you arrange the funeral. Our arrangers are always available to assist you with your choice at the appropriate time.

If a death has occurred overseas, or a death has occurred in the UK and the deceased is to be repatriated, we can assist you with this. We realise that arranging a repatriation can be particularly traumatic, given that in addition to the giref of losing a loved one there is also the concern of having to arrange travel to another country with the associated complication of the necessary documentation and permits.

Our staff are fully familiar with these procedures and will guide you seamlessly through the process in order to ensure that the repatriation goes as smoothly as possible.
